Essex offers a rich tapestry of everything that makes Britain great
“The county’s gently rolling landscapes speckled with picturesquetowns and villageshave inspired a range of well-known artists and gardeners to work their magic. Scattered throughout the county are many spectaculargardens, country parks and nature reserves that are all well worth a visit.
Thegreen countrysidecontrasts sharply with the vastcoastline– 350 miles long. Vibrant seaside towns merge with quiet, isolated beaches that in turn become networks of tidal inlets and estuaries, rich in wildlife and perfect for a relaxing day out or a short break away.”
